About The Performer:

My name is Tori Downs. I am 21 years old and a senior at Lamar University. I am majoring in Marketing, and I am currently the Marketing Intern for Mobiloil Credit Union. Singing has been my passion since I was a baby. I had a songbook that I would use to write original songs, starting at age 4. I have performed at many church and community events in Beaumont and Houston. My most favorite thing about singing is that I love using my music to reach out to others and share hope and joy. My favorite genres are Christian, pop, and country. To me, music has the ability to bring people together no matter what their background may be. I hope this song encourages everyone to RISE UP!
