Funding requests are reviewed annually by the Allocations Committee; typically during the month of April. Both forms should be submitted electronically with the funding application that includes a logic model (and outcome measurements), financial statements, an audit and 990 . New applicants are required to submit organization By Laws and Tax Exempt letter. For more information, please contact the United Way office at (409) 835-4575.
All applicants are required to have or create an account to complete and submit your application. Keep your user name and password handy so that you can "save a draft" and return to complete your submission. Also this user name and password will continue to be used for agency reporting and future applications.
